"Such a cute little birthday gift"
I got these for my sister’s birthday and she ended up really liking them. The packaging was the first thing I noticed, it just looked cute and put-together, especially the little details that made it feel more like an actual gift instead of just a random box of candy. It felt a lot more fun and thoughtful than sending regular candy, and she said it was a sweet surprise...

"Order was right, shipping updates dragged"
I ordered a few different candies and everything showed up exactly how I picked it on the site. No missing items, the flavors were correct, and the quantities looked right too. I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping updates were kind of slow, and I don’t have much patience for guessing where my order is. But once it arrived, the accuracy was solid. I’d order again.

"So much fun stuff to choose from"
I really liked how much they have on bonbonnyc.com. Like, there’s a ton of Swedish candy, gummies, chocolate, and just random little treats I don’t usually see in regular stores. It was super easy to find something for everyone at home... and yeah, I definitely spent way too long browsing, lol.

I ordered from bonbonnyc.com for the first time and had a really good experience. The candy tasted fresh, which made me feel like I could trust ordering from them again. The gummies were soft, the chocolate arrived in good shape, and nothing tasted hard or stale like I’ve had happen with other candy sites. Shipping was smooth, and everything was packed nicely. Overall, I’d definitely buy from them again

"Not bad, especially with the promo"
I found bonbonnyc.com through a promo and figured I’d give it a shot, mostly because I had a discount code. To my surprise, it actually worked at checkout, which already put me in a better mood. The prices definitely felt more reasonable with the deal, and the ordering process was straightforward. I did have to poke around a bit to find the shipping info, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but it ended up being a decent experience. I’d probably use it again if another promo comes around...

"Return process was okay, just a little confusing"
The return process was a bit confusing for me. I ended up having to email twice before I got a clear answer (which was a little frustrating), and the refund took longer than I thought it would. They did send the money back eventually, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. It just wasn’t the smoothest. I’d maybe order again, but only if I’m really sure about the item first.

I only tried a few bonbons from bonbonnyc.com, so I can’t say this applies to everything they make, but the ones I had looked really pretty. The flavors were good overall, though a couple tasted a little too sweet for me and kind of covered up the filling. Not bad at all, I just personally would’ve liked a bit more balance

I liked having the pay later option, honestly. Checkout was smooth too, and that’s usually where every site makes things annoying for no reason. Good overall.

"Pretty good, just a little pricey"
I had a feeling this would be good since I’d already heard decent things about it, and it pretty much confirmed what I expected. The quality is solid and I’m happy with it overall, but yeah, it’s definitely a bit expensive for what it is.

"Pretty happy with these sweets"
I grabbed a few sweets they weren’t bad at all. The texture was really consistent, soft where it needed to be and still nice and chewy. Nothing didn’t taste stale or weird, so I was happy with them overall.

"Reeeally smooth deliveries"
I’ve ordered from bonbonnyc.com a few times now the delivery has been suuuper solid. My stuff showed up right when they said it would, no chasing anyone down or dealing with random weird delays. The packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or messy. I’m happy with the whole experience, honestly.

"Made the whole trip stress-free"
Ended up being such an easy pickup, which I really appreciated. I’m giving it 5 stars because the location was simple to get to, close to transit, and actually easy to find on maps. I didn’t have that usual NYC moment of wandering around confused, so the whole thing felt way less stressful than expected.

"Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered from bonbonnyc and was expecting it to take a bit longer, since a lot of other places I’ve ordered from usually need a few extra days. But this showed up really fast. I got tracking almost right away, and unlike some orders where the tracking barely updates, this one actually kept moving. Everything arrived in good shape and right on time. I was really happy with the shipping and would definitely order again

"Pretty happy with the amount"
I ordered from BonBon NYC and the portion sizes were like, actually good. I kind of expected the bags to be smaller, but they showed up full, which was nice. You can share them if you want, or just have one bag sitting around for a few days and keep going back to it. It didn’t feel like I was paying mostly for packaging, which I appreciate. I’d buy again for sure. Good amount, tasty stuff, nothing really to complain about from me

"Easy candy find without the usual hassle"
I’ve been ordering from bonbonnyc lately it’s just nice when stuff is actually in stock, you know? I found a few candies there that I couldn’t seem to get anywhere else, and I didn’t have to do that annoying thing where you click around forever just to realize everything is sold out. Checkout was quick too, which I always appreciate because I’m usually just trying to grab what I want and move on. Overall, smooth experience.

I haven’t actually ordered from BonBon NYC yet, but I keep seeing people mention it and they always seem to have nice things to say, especially about the candy selection, so it gives me the feeling it’s probably a fun little spot to try when I’m in the mood for something sweet
